Vaccines into bodies at UKBP

This coming Sunday 10th August 2025, The Love Tank joins forces with east London NHS sexual health clinics to provide sexual health vaccinations at UK Black Pride. A vaccination bus, provided in partnership with All East sexual health services and Homerton sexual health services will offer a range of free vaccines throughout the day.

Leo Pavam, Head of Development of Development and Outreach at The Love Tank says: 

“This is our fourth year of partnering with NHS clinics to bring vaccinations to UK Black Pride. Having the bus on site brings NHS vaccination right into the heart of our communities.”

Phil Samba, research and community knowledge generation coordinator at The Love Tank says: 

“Black queer men aren’t accessing sexual health vaccinations for many reasons. By bringing the vaccine bus directly to the site, we are offering the chance for those attending to talk to their peers about vaccinations, and to be reassured about the benefits of them”.
